Phil Lynott is best known as the frontman for the very successful Rock band Thin Lizzy. Phil's short life has been immortalised by this fabulous life-sized statue placed outside the famous Bruxelles Rock Pub on Harry Street, just off Grafton Street.
Frontman to Thin Lizzy, Phil Lynott, is immortalised in a series of statues in his memory. The original statue was commissioned by the Roisín Dubh Trust, which was set up to commemorate the life and work of Lynott.

Phil Lynott’s statue off Grafton Street is often draped in rocker pilgrims from around the world, a replica of Rory Gallagher’s rusty guitar hangs over his own designated corner near Meeting House Square, and Whelan’s is a mecca for any serious music lover.
