故事發生在八十年代的荷蘭阿姆斯特丹。周氏兄弟波比和丹尼由黑幫老頭子池叔撫養成人，三人情同父子。波比和丹尼一心承繼池叔在唐人街的黑幫生意──販賣白粉。那時，越南幫為搶奪池叔的堂口生意，便殺掉池叔。周氏兄弟悲憤交雜，殺死大量越南幫，他倆在唐人街的聲望日隆。另一方面，義大利幫欲在唐人街擴展勢力，對周氏兄弟及其幫派趕盡殺絕。周氏兄弟為保不失，便聯合金三角的毒梟，與義大利幫決一死戰。周氏兄弟不幸慘敗，雙雙中槍喪生。最後，義大利幫幫主被周氏兄弟的手下遠距離射殺身亡，而爭奪堂口的事仍無日無止地繼續發生。
