I believe one of them is Tall Fescue but I am not sure about the other, and I can definitely tell they are two separate grasses. The one I think is Tall Fescue: Just looking for someone to confirm for me that this is indeed Tall Fescue.

Current lawn is Tall Fescue (Marathon II) in Southern California which started out life as SOD roughly 4 years ago. I have religiously taken care of it, and recently I have decided (I know, don’t ask!) I want to put in St Augustine. My question is, other than ripping it out and putting in St Augustine SOD, what is my 2nd best option.
