- Syracuse University College of Law. JDinteractive (JDi) is a flexible online program offered by the Syracuse University College of Law. It was first approved by the ABA in February 2018 with an enrollment limit of 65 students.
- Mitchell Hamline School of Law. In 2015, Mitchell Hamline School of Law became the first law school to be granted a variance from the ABA’s distance education requirements.
