Can you contact Afterpay by phone?
Afterpay makes it easy to buy things on credit, however, if you’re looking to contact Afterpay, you may be a little confused. Despite having customer service numbers online, you can no longer speak to a representative over the phone. Instead, you can contact their help center via online forms, email, or even through social media.
Afterpay no longer has a working phone number for customers. To contact them, fill out a form on their
or email them at info@afterpay.com.
Merchants can still contact Afterpay at their merchant number, 484-772-2736.
You can also DM them on Instagram @afterpayusa or Twitter @AfterpayUSA.
Afterpay no longer has a working helpline for customers.
Although you used to be able to speak to a representative at Afterpay, due to the high call volume, their customer support numbers are no longer in service. Unfortunately, their Live Chat feature is also no longer available to use.
Go to the contact page on the Afterpay website.
Open the Afterpay website for your home country (America, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand), then scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click “Contact.”
Click on the menu item for the issue you’re having.
The page has options for refunds, returns, payment help, account management, general questions, ID verification, complaints, CCPA requests, unauthorized transaction reports, and setting spending limits.
Fill out the form with your information and turn it in.
Follow the prompts then write a short description of your request. You can also attach any relevant documents. For forms regarding orders, have your order number ready.

If you have a question about your account, want to talk to someone about changing your information, or have any nonlegal issues, email info@afterpay.com.
A ticket will be created for your request, and you should receive an email back within 24 hours.
Email uslegal@afterpay for legal claims and disputes.
If you have a legal issue with one of the sellers, Afterpay asks you to initiate an informal negotiation between you and the seller at least 30 days before going to court. Send an email notice of the dispute to uslegal@afterpay.com.
Include your name, account information, contact information, and a description of your dispute in the notice.
