    Can you contact Afterpay by phone?

    Afterpay makes it easy to buy things on credit, however, if you’re looking to contact Afterpay, you may be a little confused. Despite having customer service numbers online, you can no longer speak to a representative over the phone. Instead, you can contact their help center via online forms, email, or even through social media.

    Afterpay no longer has a working phone number for customers. To contact them, fill out a form on their

    or email them at info@afterpay.com.

    Merchants can still contact Afterpay at their merchant number, 484-772-2736.

    Afterpay no longer has a working helpline for customers.

    Although you used to be able to speak to a representative at Afterpay, due to the high call volume, their customer support numbers are no longer in service. Unfortunately, their Live Chat feature is also no longer available to use.

    Go to the contact page on the Afterpay website.

    Open the Afterpay website for your home country (America, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand), then scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click “Contact.”

    Click on the menu item for the issue you’re having.

    Fill out the form with your information and turn it in.
