Mar 21, 2024 · This is practically the only role for Ripley that would work, and it would certainly require de-aging Sigourney Weaver by 45 years to make her look age-appropriate for the character. Since Alien: Romulus could only really include Ripley as an Easter egg, there should be no expectations of Weaver reprising her role in this film.
