For Office 365 users experiencing their webmail not loading after clicking on the DoD warning banner page, you may want to try running Internet Explorer in version 10 in emulation mode. To run emulation mode, hit the F12 key and then click on the emulation tab. Change the value in “User agent string” to “Internet Explorer 10”.

Got to the af portal, try internal and external links. Might have to take the s from https. Reset proxy settings. Https://owa.us.af.mil just isn't working for me.
Through the Outlook Web Application, you can check your email from wherever you are, as long as you have a Common Access Card and a card reader. To use the OWA, you'll go to the web address for your branch: mail.mil for Department of Defense, nmci.navy.mil for Navy, webmail.usmc.mil for Marines and mail.us.af.mil for Air Force.

AFDS will search both email domains with a script that finds a matching DOD ID with two emails. They will see the AF cloud mailbox is deactivated and your army.mil or mail.mil is activated. They will sync the accounts so the Air Force account changes to the above correct picture. The rules are you can only have 1 email per role.
