Bought tickets online to visit Alcatraz island. They wrote that they had computer problems but expected everything to be fine as we had bought the tickets one week prior to our visit to the island. We were unsure if we had been scammed but received the tickets two days before our visit.

May 19, 2020 · I was promised 4 weeks ago a refund after our holiday in June was cancelled. After numerous emails no one from the company can even be bothered to acknowledge my query. I can honestly say it's the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I have just learnt they are not the official site for tickets. I realise we have now paid a service charge- which is ok as long as I wont have any problems using the tickets they have provided?
