The Jesse James Birthplace features the worlds largest display of James family artifacts and Jesse's original grave site. The tour consists of a twenty minute introductory film, three galleries of artifacts, a small gift shop and a guided tour through the James family cabin. Duration: 1-2 hours.

Jun 10, 2021 · It begins with a short video describe the life of the James family from arrival in the area to when the house was turned into a museum. The museum itself is very well done, with several original artifacts belonging to Jesse, Frank, and other family members. Then it is a short walk to the birthplace home.
