Born in Woodstock, Ontario, she is first generation Scottish-Dutch Canadian. When she was eleven she made her first theatrical appearance in The Miracle Worker. Her first break was in a mini-series when she starred as Eleanor in A Woman of Independent Means (1995).
Andrea began her television career in 1985 when she appeared in Alfred Hitchcock Presents, and has since guest starred in over 15 shows. Notable shows include: Night Heat (1988, with Jeff Wincott), Highlander (1992), Dead at 21 (1994), Parker Lewis Can't Lose (1990), NCIS: LA (2013), Hawaii Five-0 (2015), and 13 Reasons Why (2017).
Roth appeared in the Jet Li action film War (2007). She guest-starred on the CBS TV drama series Blue Bloods and US TV thriller series Ringer. Personal life.
