In the early 1970s, Black Dynamite (BD) (Michael Jai White), a Vietnam War veteran and former CIA officer, skilled in Kung Fu, vows to clean up the streets of drug dealers and gangsters after his younger brother Jimmy (Baron Vaughn) is killed by a shady organization.
After reuniting with Bullhorn and Cream Corn, Black Dynamite goes about killing the drug dealer Chicago Wind, rejoining the CIA, and seducing black revolutionary Gloria Gray. He kills mob boss Vincent Rafelli and proves his ties to Congressman James .
