Nov 22, 2006 · I used by be a member of BMG numerous times, as well as the old RCA Music Club. Was perusing through their website and it says a total of 12 CD's for the price of 1. I believe their regular priced CD is $18.98. Then there's the shipping and handling charge. I forget how much it is, probably a few bucks from what I remember.

Hull, music clubs paid between $1.50 and $5.50 for a CD, which they then sold for $16. He reports that if the clubs sold one out of every three discs, they'd make close to $8 in profit.
