Jul 7, 2019 · This is true - one gets a $100 OBC (non-refundable) in case of O cancelling a tour. That OBC is only $100 regardless of the cost of the tour. I know I have been told on a cruise that O Life excursions cannot be cancelled although they can be changed for another tour (if available). That is my experience.
