Castle Rock Lake is a 13955 acre lake located in Adams, Juneau Counties. It has a maximum depth of 35 feet. Visitors have access to the lake from public boat landings, public beaches. Fish include Musky, Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike, Walleye, Sturgeon and Catfish.

Located 15 minutes/12 miles north of Mauston, Juneau County Castle Rock Park is situated in a beautiful, wooded area on the 16,000 acre Castle Rock Lake. The park comprises approximately 160 acres and has nearly 300 sites sites available for camping with over 200 sites having electrical hookups.
