There are some significant changes to the 2023 Winter Chill Out. For starters, we’ve expanded it to a 2-day event, both Saturday AND Sunday, February 25 & 26. Recognizing the high demand for these tickets and to level the playing field, we’re introducing a “lottery” application system. Beginning Monday, January 9, 2023, and lasting through Friday, January 13, we’ll open a lottery registration form on the Winter Chill Out page, and you can fill it out any time during the week (no pressure to get online at...
