The WMC hearing panel found Dr. Brecht did not comply with a previous order she had entered into with WMC that restricted her practice from performing any treatment that required sedation for the patient. The Final Order imposes a five-year suspension on Dr. Brecht’s license.

OLYMPIA, WA – In October the Washington Medical Commission (WMC) upheld the suspension of medical license for Kristine S. Brecht, MD (License #00044369). In 2021, Dr. Brecht entered into an agreed order with the WMC which, among other terms, restricted her from performing procedures that require sedation.
