To make a payment by phone, call Customer Service at 626.744.4005 and have your PWP account number ready. Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards are accepted. Payments made with an ATM card must be made in person.
PWP’s payment office is located at the below address. Our cashiers accept ATM card, cash, check, or money order payments. Municipal Services Payment Center / City Hall 100 N. Garfield Ave., Room N106 Pasadena, CA 91109
Check and cashier’s check payments can be dropped off in PWP’s payment box, located at the southeast corner of Union Street and Garfield Avenue. Please do not put cash in the payment box. Payments received after 2 p.m. will be credited the following business day.
