To make a payment by phone, call Customer Service at 626.744.4005 and have your PWP account number ready. Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards are accepted. Payments made with an ATM card must be made in person.

Check and cashier’s check payments can be dropped off in PWP’s payment box, located at the southeast corner of Union Street and Garfield Avenue. Please do not put cash in the payment box. Payments received after 2 p.m. will be credited the following business day.

This is your water service bill in detail, including your current rate, meter number, previous and current meter readings and how much water you used in hundred cubic feet (HCF). Each HCF equals 748 gallons. Your water rate is structured in two ways:

Welcome to the City of Pasadena’s Water Billing Office. The Water Billing Office is responsible for the meter reading, billing, collection, and customer service for approximately 36,000 accounts.
In early April, Pasadena Water and Power (PWP) completed major achievements in the project to replace its aging customer billing system with a new, customer information system (CIS) that will increase PWP’s system performance and improve the customer experience.
