From May 7 through October 6, 2024, Cleveland Zoological Society members receive early admission to the Zoo starting at 9:30 a.m. Please note: The Zoo will be closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
Members of reciprocal zoos visiting the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo may purchase up to six general admission tickets at $12 each. To purchase your discounted tickets, please show your active membership card and photo ID at the box office. Discounted tickets cannot be purchased online.
