  2. They do exist, and archive episodes are regularly shown on ITV3 etc. There’s a couple of episodes on YouTube as well. I don’t think you can watch them all on demand though. I think there are dvd box sets of the main events of the decade (60-69, 70-79 etc).

  3. It's easy watching, also if you miss some (I've not watched it for a month or so now), you can watch one episode and be back up to speed as nothing ever really happens on it. I think a lot of people like watching it because it's just easy to watch, doesn't take much thought after working all day.

  5. 1976-1983 for me, the Golden Age of Corrie. I love all the characters from this era, like Annie Walker, Elsie Tanner, Eddie Yates, Ray Langton, Bet Lynch, and the Ogdens. It is also really interesting watching young Gail and Deirdre, as you can see how they started out as idealistic young girls.
