Oct 27, 2017 · I can find no direct Scripture that definitively says what Jesus' glorified, resurrected body contained inside. As we well know the biological purpose of the blood in our bodies, and we know God said in Leviticus 17:11 and Deuteronomy 12:23 that life is in the blood.
If we take it as a given that His resurrected body was the same as His earthly body, then no, that was not the same "body" that He has now. According to 1 Cor. 15 He would now be in a "spiritual body", which would be different than a "natural body" (i.e. of flesh and blood.)
