I just watched a trailer for Vengeance and I’m pretty sure I had heard it used for another trailer as well. It stops any dramatic tone the trailer has dead in its tracks and makes me roll my eyes back in my head.
For anyone wondering, the soundtrack played in the trailer is "Mad World" by Garly Jules. Yes, the soundtrack is really that "All around me are familiar faces" song aha. But they've slowed it down, reverbed it, and done a lot more to it to make it sound amazing. Thank you!

"Mad World" is a 1982 song by British band Tears for Fears. Written by Roland Orzabal and sung by bassist Curt Smith, it was the band's third single release and first chart hit, reaching number three on the UK Singles Chart in November 1982. Both "Mad World" and its B-side, "Ideas as Opiates", appeared on the band's debut LP The Hurting (1983).
