Now that the 3DS eShop has closed, Pokémon Bank is available for free to all players, but there's a serious problem with the Poké Transporter... If you downloaded the Pokémon Bank app before the end of the eShop then congratulations, you can now start using it completely for free and even move your Pokémon to Pokémon Home and use it on Switch.
