WWE considers the Attitude Era to have begun on the December 15th, 1997 episode of RAW, specifically due to Vince's "Cure for the Common Show" promo on that episode. Every PPV and every episode of RAW from the Attitude Era is currently available on the Network.
If you took someone born after the attitude era, and they currently watch wwe but never seen an Attitude era match. After watching a month of the Attitude era they would come to same conclusion that the product now is nowhere near the quality and entertainment value of the Attitude era.
