Don't Starve is a game with some dark themes: Depression, suicide, mimes, starvation, etc. but when it comes to what is commonly considered NSFW such as gore (blood, losing body parts..) or sexual it is close to devoid of it, I dare say Klei even went to great length to avoid it with their character design.
