Feb 12, 2024 · The crash took place on SR 901 near the intersection of Old Phoenix Road in Cass Township Friday when 65-year-old Elizabeth Ryan was traveling south and was struck head-on by another vehicle that police say was driving at a "high rate of speed" and attempting to overtake numerous vehicles.
