As a South Carolina Real Estate Licensee, it is your responsibility to keep up with your expiration date and to renew. Licensees are required to renew whether or not they receive notice.

Mar 21, 2024 · The reinstatement period will run from July 1, 2024, to midnight, December 31, 2024. Failure to submit a complete reinstatement application on or before December 31, 2024, will result in license cancellation on January 1, 2025. This is in accordance with SC Code Ann. §40-57-110 (D) & (E).
