   Is 'fearless' a good movie?

   • The storytelling is brisk and packed with plot, the themes are important, McCrory is dazzling on screen and there is a potentially interesting thriller ready to come out. Fearless was conceived as a do-gooder fantasy about protecting 'human rights'. Thanks to its atrocious timing, it looks badly out of touch, and in execrable taste.

   What do you like most about Fearless?

   • By the third episode, the story has grown far more complex, leaving a lot to unravel in the final three episodes of the miniseries. What I love about Fearless is its messiness: Emma's frantic and complicated life, and her relish for every single one of its constituent parts, feel so wonderfully replete.
