Gary Comer Middle School and Gary Comer High School offer a college prep education for students in grades 6-12. Our scholars start early on their path toward our common goal of developing well-rounded and successful college graduates with exceptional strength of character.
Gary Comer founded the Comer Youth Center in 2006, with Gary Comer College Prep opening its doors in 2008, serving grades nine through twelve. In 2011, the Gary Comer College Prep Middle School opened creating two campuses under one school, serving grades six through twelve.
Gary Comer College Prep Middle School is the only middle school campus of the Noble Network of Charter Schools in Chicago, IL. Named after the late Gary Comer, the middle school shares a building with Paul Revere Elementary School in the Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood.
