Bones spawn randomly, but will only spawn in areas that a ghost can also walk on. I always struggle with finding the ghost room on the high school map. Unless we have the Ouija Board and somehow luck out and find the ghost room early, we spend a lot of time wandering around the school to find the room and usually end up draining most of our sanity before we even find the ghost.
