Green Bay Housing Authority (GBHA) The City of Green Bay Housing Authority (GBHA) offers affordable housing consisting of 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom sized units scattered throughout the City of Green Bay.
Applications. To obtain an application, you must call Integrated Community Solutions (ICS) at (920) 498-3737. Their main office is located at 2605 S. Oneida Street Suite#106, Green Bay, WI 54304 and their office hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30AM-5PM, Friday 7:30AM-11:30AM, CLOSED on weekends.
The Housing Choice Voucher (formerly Section 8) housing assistance program is funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The program aims to help low income individuals and families afford a rental unit (i.e. an apartment, duplex, house, etc.).
ICS administers rental assistance for the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA). The assistance available through the WHEDA program functions very similarly to the BCHA program, but they are separate programs.
The Brown County Housing Authority’s (BCHA) primary role is to oversee the Housing Choice Voucher Program (formerly known as Section 8 Rental Assistance) that is contracted with Integrated Community Solutions, a local non-profit agency.
