This 50th anniversary episode is an homage to the original Hawaii Five-0 series Pilot entitled "Cocoon". It takes place in 2018 and details Lt. Steve McGarrett's mission to find the group responsible for his friends murder by allowing himself to be captured and tortured in their nefarious sensory deprivation chamber.
