Honshu (本州 , Honshū, arti harfiah: Provinsi Utama) adalah pulau terbesar Jepang. Letaknya di selatan Hokkaido, utara Shikoku di seberang Laut Pedalaman Seto, dan timur laut Kyushu di seberang Selat Kanmon.
