     The Jupyter nbconvert command allows specifying a custom template.

     Michael Goerz has written a full custom template for LaTeX/PDFs here: https://gist.github.com/goerz/d5019bedacf5956bcf03ca8683dc5217

     To only print the graphs, you could modify it to blank out any sections other than the output cells, like so:

     % Tell the templating engine what output template we want to use.((* extends 'article.tplx' *))% Template will setup imports, etc. as normal unless we override these sections.% Leave title blank((* block title -*))((*- endblock title *))% Leave author blank((* block author -*))((* endblock author *))% Etc.((* block maketitle *))((* endblock maketitle *))% Don't show "input" prompt((*- block in_prompt -*))((*- endblock in_prompt -*))% Hide input cells((*- block input -*))((*- endblock input -*))% Don't show "output" prompt((*- block output_prompt -*))((*- endblock output_prompt -*))% Let template render output cells as usual

     To generate a LaTeX file, save the above as custom_article.tplx and run:

     jupyter nbconvert --to=latex --template=custom_article.tplx file.ipynb

     To generate the LaTeX file and PDF in a single command:

     jupyter nbconvert --to=pdf --template=custom_article.tplx file.ipynb

     Use regular-expression searches to get the values. If you know the param names in advance, it's more straightforward than it looks...

     Go to the Connection Manager you defined for your flat file. In the left box, select General and set the Format to "Fixed Width". Then in the left box, select Advanced and here you can set the OutputColumnWidth for each field. Lastly, in the left box, select Preview to verify the results before executing the SSIS package.

     You can use your library of choice to read images with sequential filenames

     import skimage as skifilenames = ['image-%03d.jpg'%n for n in range(150)]images = []for f in filenames: im = ski.imread(f) images.append(im)

     Then images is a list of images.

     You can also iterate through any sort of filenames, or pull only files from a directory with a certain extension using the os module. The principle is the same. Just construct filenames as necessary.

     However, I recommend using pims, possibly with a processing pipeline

     import pimsimport numpy as npimages = pims.ImageSequence('images-*.jpg')-@pims.pipelinedef grayarr(im): return np.array(im)[:,:,0]images = grayarr(images)

     At this point you can index into images with numpy-like slicing. pims is especially helpful when you're dealing with so many images you can't hold them in RAM. You can read about these things in the pims documentation.

     I would suggest that you read throught the Gridview and write the info in a .csv file, using ',' (commas) as your separator (delimiter). Then you can just upload that file to your database (probably check if there already is one in the db, then just delete and override)
