Mute: Twitch and Maverick are your only real counters. Be wary of putting your jammers down straight away. A good twitch player will zoom in and snipe the wall denial jammers leaving you scrabbling to pick up your spares or put your spare ones down before the Exothermic charge detonates. There isn't much you can do against Maverick though.
