The Hie Hie no Mi (Ice-Ice Fruit) is a Legendary Logia-type Devil Fruit which gives the user the ability to conjure, manipulate, and transform into ice at will. It is well known for its stuns, as it freezes the target. This fruit is a well known Logia throughout One Piece.
The fruit appears to be an apple covered in light-blue ice.
Hie is mostly used for PvP, where it tends to dominate due its stuns and combo potential.
As a Logia-type, it grants the user a "Logia bar", which can be trained to dodge up to 20 non-Haki-infused physical attacks by draining it repeatedly.
Pros
•Logia Reflex •Stun moves •Average stamina usage •Ice Age has a massive range •High combo potential •Frost blade is a block-breaker, hyperarmor move that sets up M1 combos quite nicely •Can walk on water •Ice stomp can hit up to 3 times, but most of the time 1 or 2. •Good for Sea serpent and Kraken farming •Good for Ship farming •Good for Cupid Dungeons (Which is now removed) •As of Update 5,3 moves of Hie-Hie no Mi are block breakers, which makes it extremely useful PvP-wise. •As of Update 5, Ice Bike's speed has been increased and seen being faster than a Striker with Mera-Mera's buff, making it the 3rd fastest transportation move, behind Ito-Ito's Sky String and Pika-Pika's Light Flight.
Cons
•All moves can be cancelled except Frost Blade. If the opponent plays with extreme offence, the battle can become difficult to win. •If your opponent is wearing the Ice Necklace, it will reduce the time they are frozen from your attacks. •Above average stamina consumption for fruit main. •Ice Partisan's spear itself can't hit logia user, only Ice Trail can bypass logia effect, so you can't snipe logia user mid-air unless Busoshoku is on. •Ice stomp doesn't block break.
•It is recommended to use Frost Blade when the player is stuck in a combo. The hyperarmor should stop the opponent's combo and allow the user to do a free combo.
•Ice Partisan can be used in neutral if the user wants to save moves and some stamina.
•When using Hie, it is suggested to use other fighting styles or high sword stats to make up for its below average damage.
•It is recommended to have a decent amount of stamina points, individual moves don't take much stamina but can add up quickly in a combo.
•Ice age scales off how many points you have in devil fruit, it will get bigger AOE depending on how many Points are in devil fruit.
•Players can use Ice stomp to knock other players into the sea, making ice stomp very deadly (doesn't work on Fruitless, Magu/Hie, Fishman, and blocking opponents).
•The creator of the game, Phoeyu, has received a lot of backlash for nerfing Ice Bike time from Infinity to 20 seconds.
•On a later update, The bike time got increased from 20 seconds to 60 seconds.
•Though, on June 24th, 2022, an update released, buffing Ice Bike speed, making it faster than a Striker
•On the free release, Ice bike take 4% of your max stamina per second, which mean the bike time got decreased from 60 seconds to 25 seconds.
