May 25, 2022 · The Conjuring House Sells for $1.5 Million. Well, it took about eight months, but WPRI.com recently reported that after considering 10 offers, the Heinzens found the right buyer. The sale was a little over $1.5 million. ($1.525 million to be exact, or 27% above the original asking price.)
