Aug 15, 2018 · If your songs are in fact downloaded to the iTunes library itself, try opening iMovie while holding down the Option and Command keys and selecting to delete preferences in the box that appears. iMovie will open in a new library. Jul 6, 2019 · If this is your situation, download the tunes to your iTunes Media Library. If they are downloaded to a Finder folder on your Mac, they would not show up in the iTunes sidebar item and would need to be dragged into iMovie. Also, songs that are DRM (copyright) protected will not show.
