    • Kenny Payne – Louisville. Jamie Rhodes-USA TODAY Sports. 2023-24 Record: 5-6. Career Record: 9-34. Next Game: Dec. 21 vs. Kentucky. Louisville parting ways with coach Payne is all but confirmed, with sources indicating to Matt Norlander of CBS that the athletic department does not want to drag this out longer than necessary.
    • Tony Stubblefield – DePaul. Kamil Krzaczynski-USA TODAY Sports. 2023-24 Record: 2-8. Career Record: 29-59. Next Game: Dec. 23 vs. Villanova. Another P6 program who hired a longtime assistant without head coaching experience, DePaul is no doubt wishing they could find someone else to help get the Blue Demons out of the Big East cellar.
    • Jerry Stackhouse – Vanderbilt. Stephen R. Sylvanie-USA TODAY Sports. 2023-24 Record: 4-7. Career Record: 65-76. Next Game: December 23 at Memphis. There is an argument to be made that it’s too early to call Stackhouse’s seat warm at Vanderbilt.
    • Jerod Haase – Stanford. Kevin Jairaj-USA TODAY Sports. 2023-24 Record: 5-4. Career Record: 197-166 (80-53 at UAB, 117-113 at Stanford) Next Game: December 21 at San Diego State.
    • Michigan Wolverines coach Juwan Howard. The Michigan Wolverines routinely expect to be in contention for national titles. That has not been the case in 2023-2024 as they are just 7-10 overall and 2-4 in Big Ten play.
