- Amityville: The Awakening. The tenth entry in the franchise, Amityville: The Awakening is a meta-sequel that recontextualizes the entire Amityville film series as fiction.
- Amityville Dollhouse. This time, at least the movie is upfront about what cursed object to expect. Amityville: Dollhouse features, as you may have guessed, a haunted dollhouse modeled after the original Ocean Avenue home.
- Amityville 1992: It’s About Time. The director of the sixth Amityville film, Tony Randel, is connected to another horror franchise fraught with absurdity: he directed Hellbound: Hellraiser II and wrote Hellraiser 3: Hell on Earth.
