Mar 12, 2021 · This is the right answer. Sites like Pixabay, Unsplash, Pexels et al have been designed for those express purposes - to be free alternatives to traditional stock sites like Shutterstock and Getty Images and give creators and artists access to the stock photography they need.
Be careful of using images, even those on Pixabay/Pexels/etc that feature an identifiable person(s). If people are in the image, then technically you need their model rights to use them for a video for commercial purpose.
