I’m not a big fan of practical jokes, but I watched “Candid Camera” every week in the hopes that someone would punch Allen Funt in the face. It never happened, and “Bad Grandpa”‘s post-credits outtakes told me why.
Parents need to know that Bad Grandpa is the latest comedy from Johnny Knoxville and the Jackass crew. Rather than unrelated stunts, this one has a loose story and characters upon which to hang its hidden-camera pranks.

The humor is teenaged-boy locker-room humor: TONS of innuendo that is unavoidable. A few shots of really seemingly explicit scenes (grandpa in his underpants, grandpa at the soda machine, fishing, etc) but all is PRETEND, except for a ladies night at the nightclub where dancers perform very questionable stunts.
