I would say that classical music is harder, but that jazz is more impressive if we’re talking about just listening, and disregarding technicality and all that stuff. Both are talented, but in different categories (again, my personal opinion)

There seem to be proportionally more jazz instruction/tutorial videos on youtube, but I think that's because they can help you to explore jazz yourself, through theory and common patterns/phrases/improv etc, whereas to progress with classical you really need the sheet music and a teacher to guide what you're doing with it.
