best song is either echoes or wish you were here. I guess it depends on how you look at the word "song." Echoes is an incredible piece of music but its a whole ass EP on its own. Wish You Were Here is a GREAT pop song. It's timeless. It's so quintessentially Floyd and it has so much of the band's history and story wrapped up in it.
