Their shipping costs were always too high for me to try them out, but I have heard they're legit.
I've never bought from redwolf but this has screams that it's a scam. Do not send any info, find a reputable contact number from the company website and call.
Redwolf is legit they've been around for ages and here HK is their home. What is slowing delivery is that there are very few flights so less cargo. The HK post office a few months ago suspended airmail for a bit.

"Just send a copy of your bank statement to us, don't worry about the rest. And send a foto of yur credit card." Didn't matter about the card, apparently, they already had the information on it.
