The Wildfire formerly known as The Hovering Inferno or Mob D was a possible voted mob in the 2017 Mob Vote along with the Barnacle, The Great Hunger and the winning Phantom. This mob was eliminated after the second poll, however on Twitter, Minecraft producer Marc Watson confirmed the mob would make an appearance in Minecraft Dungeons or elsewhere...

The Wildfire would have had a similar design to the one in Minecraft Dungeons. (As shown by it's prototype sketch.) Its behavior is unknown, but it is presumed that it would function similarly (or the exact same) to how it does in Minecraft Dungeons.

The Wildfire is a type of blaze. This Blaze type of mob has the same design as the regular blaze, although this specific mob has four rectangular shields that spin around it. The shields protect the Wildfire from attacks until all four are broken. The mob also slams down with its body when the player goes near it. The previously mentioned attack bounces the player away from it.

    • Creeper (Hostile) A silent fellow with an explosive personality. The creeper is a mob that can sneak up on you when you least expect it and trigger a devastating attack by blowing itself up, leaving behind a terrible mess.
    • Zombie (Hostile) The groaning zombie is a hostile – and also very needy – fellow. What does it need? To bite players! Preferably: you! While it may be persistent with getting what it craves, the zombie is also quite slow and not very smart.
    • Cow (Passive) This beefy bovine is a common sight in many Minecraft biomes. It can be found mooing about in grassy areas, minding its own business in smaller herds.
    • Pig (Passive) If you ever hear a cute oinking sound near you, it can only mean one thing – there’s a pig in your bedroom! Or, if you’re lucky, a pig in your Minecraft world!

They possess four floating shields around them, a blaze rod like pillar underneath their head, and a helmet fitted with a small red gem. 5. After a fire. Fire can be placed using flint and steel or a fire charge. Fire created on soul sand or soul soil becomes soul fire . When placed, a fire burns for a short and randomly determined amount of time. If nothing flammable is adjacent to it, the flames die out. Water that touches fire extinguishes it.

  6. Fire is a non-solid block. It has an animated face on all four sides, and two faces on the inside at slants. Fire is never created naturally when chunks generate, except in the Nether. It is created when a player uses flint and steel or a fire charge, a ghast's fireball attack hits a surface, lava burns a flammable object, or lightning strikes a flammable block. Fire emits pixelated gray smoke ...
