Office Hours. James Hall, the home of the Jaguars (building mascot) was constructed in 1994 and houses approximately 385 students. This eight story suite-style residence hall offers three or four bedrooms with a common living room and bathroom. Each living room is furnished with a sofa and tables.

Letters and packages can be picked up at West Green Mail Room Service Desk located on the ground floor of Ryors Hall during hours of operation.
Mar 5, 2024 · In a release on Tuesday, CCSU said the fire ignited on F. Don James Hall on Monday around 6 p.m. It said students were evacuated, and the New Britain Fire Department arrived on the scene within two minutes of receiving a call to extinguish the fire.
