Oct 22, 2021 · Jan Rofekamp. President & CEO. Films Transit Inc. Jan Rofekamp was born on 16 April 1950 in Zurich, Switzerland of Dutch parents and grew up in the Netherlands. He graduated from the Dutch Film Academy in Amsterdam, where he studied film production from 1968 to 1972.
Recent productions include the IDFA Special Jury Award winner SOMETHING BETTER TO COME by Hanna Polak and the investigative SUGAR COATED by Michele Hozer. Jan Rofekamp sits on the EDN Board and is part of the international advisory board of IDFA. He is Head of the Documentary Campus Master School since 2016.
