On December 24, 2008, it was announced that the American record label Secretly Canadian had signed jj to their roster. At the same time, the release date for jj's second full-length album was slated. The album, named jj n° 3, was released in the United States and Sweden on March 9, 2010.

jj n° 3 is the second studio album by Swedish indie pop band JJ. It was released by Sincerely Yours and Secretly Canadian on 9 March 2010. In April 2011, the first half of the first song from the album, "My Life", was featured in a gameplay trailer for the video game Battlefield 3 .

Feb 1, 2010 · February 1, 2010. Reviews. by Mike Mineo. I have seen few artists follow up on hype as quickly as jj. The elusive Swedish project received some of the hottest press of 2009 for their second album, jj n° 2, but that did not exactly translate to a rewarding vacation.
jj n° 2 is the debut studio album by Swedish indie pop band JJ. It was released on the Swedish record label Sincerely Yours on 1 July 2009. A vinyl edition, titled jj n° 2.1 , was released in late December 2009.
