Food Services Available at CPS Schools. All Cincinnati Public Schools have a cafeteria. Breakfast is FREE for all Cincinnati Public School students. Students may bring a lunch from home or buy lunch at school to eat in the school cafeteria. The price of “for pay” lunches is: $1.75 – elementary schools. $2.00 – secondary schools.
